LV-QX-2000 consists of in-feed, washing, drying & out-feed section. To make good washing performance and quick air dry, it adopts 3 pairs brushes and 2 pairs air knives with a large air blower(15.5 kw). It fits for tempered glass, solar glass, laminated glass, Low-e glass or any other flat glass processing.
1. Brief introduction:
1.1. Speed adjusted by frequency variator
1.2. Dry system with strong wind blade which supplies strong cold wind. It have two air knifes.
1.3. The temperature is showed in digital readout.
1.4. The height working section can be adjusted integrally when glass thickness changes.
1.5. The whole cover is made in stainless steel.
2.The procedure:
Feeding part- pre-washing section-washing part 1 (1 team) - washing part 2 (1 team) - washing part 3 (1 team) - wind blade drying (2 pairs of wind blades)-Exit part
