Main properties and technical parameters of iron chromium aluminum electric resistance alloy:
Iron-chromium-aluminum electrothermal resistance alloy has the characteristics of high resistivity, small temperature coefficient of resistance, and high use temperature. Good corrosion resistance at high temperatures, especially suitable for use in sulfur and sulfide-containing atmospheres, and low cost. It is an ideal heating material in industrial electric furnaces, household appliances, and far-infrared devices.
The main advantages and disadvantages of iron chromium aluminum alloy series:
Advantages: Fe-Cr-Al electrothermal alloy has high use temperature, 1 use temperature can reach 1400 degrees (0Cr27A17Mo2), long service life, high surface load, good oxidation resistance, high resistivity, low price and so on.
Disadvantages: mainly the low temperature strength, the plasticity increases with the use of temperature, the component is easy to deform, difficult to bend and repair.
